Note: This is designed for TOA Technical Support Team. Our dealers and installers Tech Teams are welcome to attempt this course if you wish. This is a difficult course with a high pass rate requirement.

This test covers most sections required to get feedback from TOA SA Technical Support Team members.
This course has been designed to offer technical support managers information regarding how to further train technicians where necessary.
The course has a theory and practical exam, ensure both are completed.

This course is available for 60 days after enrollment.
